Let me share my recent experience: my father received a massage at this establishment and found it satisfactory. However, for those considering acupuncture services here, please be cautious. I witnessed one of the therapists pouring used, unsterile alcohol (which was meant for sterilizing needles) back into the alcohol container. This practice of reusing alcohol is not only concerning but also highly unsanitary.
This was truly the most exceptional massage experience I've ever had in the United States. Michael went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction: he inquired about my specific areas of concern, graciously extended his hours by 20 minutes to accommodate me (even though I was willing to cut my session short to respect closing time, I tipped accordingly), and provided a thorough massage that even included my scalp, face (yes, even my eyebrows and eye sockets!), and lower back where I had unknowingly held tension. The addition of complimentary hot stones was a delightful surprise, and the finishing touch of being gently wiped down with a warm moist towel was a lovely gesture. All this for just $50 made it an incredible value. I'm in town for business, but I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Initially, I was assigned a male therapist for my one-hour massage. Unfortunately, he brought the business phone into the room and answered it repeatedly during the session, completely disrupting any chance of relaxation. After voicing my concerns, I was switched to a female therapist, but the service only deteriorated from there. Her excessively long nails left bruises all over my body, making it a truly unpleasant experience. Attached are photos for reference.
