If I could give negative ratings, I would! I usually get my nails done by the only female nail technician. This time, I made my usual appointment but got attended by a new male nail technician. I wanted an ombre nail design, but he had no idea how to do it and practiced on other nails first. He seemed frustrated, so I asked for a simple French tip instead. Unfortunately, it was a terrible job, even after multiple requests for fixes. I won't be returning again!

Initially, they declined to honor my voucher, blatantly lying and asserting they do not accept them. When I presented them with their own business featured on the voucher platform, they boldly stated, “That’s not us.” The deceit and lack of regard for customers were astonishing.
