When I tried to book a waxing appointment, they asked me to come back in 30 minutes even though they had just opened and there were plenty of employees available. I discovered them originally via LivingSocial, and it was a decent massage. I returned a couple more times, then ceased going as I found a superior location nearer to my residence. The quality varies depending on the masseur providing a standard massage.
There is ample parking in the area, either free or paid, and easy to locate; just need to be a bit attentive. The surroundings may seem a bit intimidating, but it's manageable, nothing overly alarming.About

I wanted an ombre nail design, but he had no idea how to do it and practiced on other nails first. He seemed frustrated, so I asked for a simple French tip instead. Unfortunately, it was a terrible job, even after multiple requests for fixes. I won't be returning again!About

I witnessed one of the therapists pouring used, unsterile alcohol (which was meant for sterilizing needles) back into the alcohol container.
