This is the proprietor of this establishment, she's an embarrassment to the Little Italy community. I paid in cash for my service because apparently she only accepts cash. When I was finished and leaving, she insisted on me tipping them. I informed her that I had no more cash. She said she accepts credit cards all of a sudden when there's a sign that says cash only. I told her I would go to my car to get my debit card and I would return. This woman followed me, my spouse, and my infant to my car. When I saw her, I asked her why she was following. She demanded her tip money. I told her that since she followed me and didn't wait for me to return, I have no obligation to give her a tip. She became upset and started yelling at me while I was holding my baby. The other two customers who were there were also harassed by her two female employees, who were pressuring them to give a $15 tip. They wouldn't accept anything less. Unbelievable. She's a disgrace to the Little Italy community.

This establishment is fantastic!!! I highly recommend it. This place prefers cash like most other massage places, and do not deserve the negative reviews. A tip is always appreciated but I agree it should not be mandatory. These are hardworking individuals trying to earn a living. Cut them some slack... I only had a wonderful experience there.
