This was, unequivocally, one of the most degrading and enraging experiences I’ve ever encountered at a business. Initially, they declined to honor my voucher, blatantly lying and asserting they do not accept them. When I presented them with their own business featured on the voucher platform, they boldly stated, “That’s not us.” The deceit and lack of regard for customers were astonishing.
10/10 experience. Outstanding customer service, spotless, and serene atmosphere- definitely visit here for that complete relaxation experience. I had Alex as my masseur and he worked wonders! I communicated my trouble spots (highly recommend) and he wasted no time. He alleviated my discomfort immediately with his gentle, therapeutic touch and all I could wish for was that it would never end. The hot stone massage at the end was the highlight for me. Will absolutely return!
