When I tried to book a waxing appointment, they asked me to come back in 30 minutes even though they had just opened and there were plenty of employees available. Despite being a regular customer for months, my inquiries about the lack of nail soaking were dismissed with claims that the drill bit was meant for natural nails. Upon removal at a different salon, the damage became evident - my natural nails had been drilled into, leaving visible marks and ridges. Now, my nails are fragile and some have even broken in half.About
