I had a truly disappointing experience here on 06/21. It was my first visit, and I had booked an appointment online specifically with Lynn. However, upon arrival, I noticed that Lynn and the other staff were conversing in Vietnamese. Another lady ended up assisting me, even though Lynn was available at that time. I had a regular manicure last Saturday, 7/17, and today, 7/25, it still looks flawless! No chipping, no fading. I'm not sure what top coat they use, but it's outstanding. I'll definitely be back for another manicure soon.

I stumbled upon Orchid Nails a couple of years back (after a few failed attempts at other nail salons in the Bay Area) and I've been a loyal customer ever since! I've been getting my nails done regularly, experimenting with gel, dip, and acrylic. I like to switch up my styles, and the staff here is always so accommodating, making sure I leave feeling happy and relaxed after each appointment.
They always make room for me, willing to try out any designs I bring in, and customize my nails to the exact shape and thickness I desire. I've even brought my family and close friends here, and they've all been thoroughly impressed!
