A visit to Hygia Nail Spa is always a highlight of my week! The team is incredibly warm, professional, and hospitable. I am genuinely puzzled by some of the negative feedback. Perhaps these reviewers are mistaken about the spa they are referencing? A friend introduced me to this spa almost exactly two years ago, and I have been a regular patron ever since. Their expertise in gel and regular manicures and pedicures is unmatched, and the added massage service during treatments is truly exceptional. Following the passing of my mother, I scheduled a manicure and pedicure with a massage. The staff displayed remarkable compassion and care during a difficult time for me. I have been frequenting this establishment and its predecessor for two decades. Initially, the service was satisfactory, but the current manager, Lee, has become increasingly disrespectful, disregards scheduled appointments, and displays unprofessional conduct. In a locality abundant with nail salons, there are numerous superior alternatives to investing time in a place that fails to appreciate loyal patrons and where management conducts themselves poorly.
