I had a truly disappointing experience here on 06/21. It was my first visit, and I had booked an appointment online specifically with Lynn. However, upon arrival, I noticed that Lynn and the other staff were conversing in Vietnamese. Another lady ended up assisting me, even though Lynn was available at that time. Initially, this didn't bother me, but the service quality I received was below par.
