I must admit, the level of discrimination here is alarming. The assumption that every customer is a potential thief is unsettling. The close arrangement of items makes browsing a slow process, yet the constant scrutiny from staff is uncomfortable. However, I have to admit, the selection of lashes is quite appealing.
I had the most dreadful experience with their customer service. I was taken aback by the disrespectful and condescending manner in which I was addressed by a male staff member. He was rude and scolded me for simply looking at different colored wigs displayed on lower shelves. His questioning and insinuations made me feel unwelcome. I would rather spend double the amount at a place that values its customers. I will never return to their overpriced and discriminatory store, nor will I recommend it to others. Save your time and money, avoid shopping here!
I absolutely adore this place. The decor is exquisite. My shopping experience for skincare, hair products, and even simple accessories like necklaces has been exceptional. My only wish is for a wider range of options for home hair care and other items. Nonetheless, everything is wonderful. I highly recommend visiting and meeting the owners. They are incredibly kind and welcoming.
