I visited on Wednesday 12th and the service there was dreadful. Despite my clear explanation that I had bleached my own hair thrice last summer, they insisted on proceeding with highlights. They left the bleach on for a staggering 1 hour and 15 minutes, which I knew was excessive and would likely damage my hair. Unfortunately, my prediction came true. What's worse is that despite my initial request for a simple trim to get rid of split ends, they insisted on doing the haircut after the color treatment in case they needed to cut damaged hair from the bleach. The color I requested was completely different from what I ended up with. I still have some orange patches from the bleach, and the color is a strange mix of red and brown. The haircut is a disaster; I even tried going to another salon, but they refused to fix it because it was so poorly done. My hair is now uneven lengths and sections. I strongly advise against going to this place, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB because they knowingly damaged my hair further despite my warnings. Additionally, the haircut I received is unacceptable. Hair doesn't grow back easily, and now I have to walk around looking like a mess. Thanks a lot.
