I visited this place for a luxurious foot treatment and a flawless nail enhancement. The proprietor assured me that any nail mishaps would be rectified at no extra cost. To my dismay, the nail enhancement started to deteriorate within a week - chipping, cracking, and peeling off. Upon returning for a fix, I was seated, and the staff covered the affected nails with foil. Shortly after, the manager approached me, demanding proof of my visit a week prior, insisting on seeing a receipt as she doubted my word. Her demeanor was brash and vociferous. I was compelled to contact my credit card company to confirm the transaction, facing repeated inquiries from the credit card agent regarding the date and the establishment, Waterfront Nail & Spa. The sheer rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the manager have ensured that I will not be patronizing this establishment in the future.
The discourteous and unprofessional conduct over the phone was appalling. Despite being promised a two-week longevity for my French Manicure, it started chipping within just a day or two. To add insult to injury, I was charged a hefty $40 for the service. I strongly advise seeking nail treatments elsewhere.
