I used to adore coming here as they always managed to squeeze me in for an appointment, and my usual go-to person was exceptional. However, on Mother’s Day during a spa pedicure, a different individual neglected to soak or use water, trim my cuticles or dry skin around my big toe. After leaving the callus remover on my dry feet for too long, it not only caused a burning sensation but also left cuts on one of my feet. Additionally, I developed an infection between two of my toes that I had never experienced before in my life. A very disappointing experience for 80 bucks.
This establishment is exceptional. I typically frequent a membership spa for monthly massages, but after visiting here, I am contemplating discontinuing my membership. The ambiance is delightful and immaculate. Tommy provided my massage, and he is truly outstanding. He consistently checks in to ensure the pressure is suitable for various body areas. As he begins with the blanket draped over you, he gently assesses where the most tension lies in your body and focuses on those areas needing the most attention. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit next week!! Remarkable service at reasonable prices!
My initial encounter with J&J spa was absolutely FANTASTIC! It was so delightful that I couldn’t wait to return, and this time I brought my daughter along too. It was incredibly serene, relaxing, and peaceful. Everything I had hoped for, the first time around. However, upon my return this weekend, my experience was vastly different. The environment was so noisy and disruptive that I eventually inquired of my masseuse, what was causing all this commotion? She assured me she would address the issue and momentarily left the massage area. She informed me that a door had been left ajar, and she had closed it, ensuring it would be quiet now. Unfortunately, that was not the case! The noise, chatter, and laughter persisted. Two individuals lingered outside my massage area, on the opposite side of the curtain, conversing at a normal volume, with no effort to lower their voices. I will certainly reconsider returning to J&J spa. A very disheartening experience.
