There are a few individuals with vast expertise, yet some leave me feeling like I paid too much for little. The primary reason for deducting a star is their lack of focus on maintaining the health of natural nails. Nonetheless, they excel as nail artists.
Whenever I visit this nail salon, there's always an issue with premature chipping or breakage. I have to return frequently for repairs, facing resistance and attitude from the proprietor. She often insinuates that I'm attempting deception or fraud when all I want is the advertised services. I only returned recently due to a Christmas gift card, but had to go back the next day for chipped nails. Two weeks later, and two nails have completely lost their polish. Unacceptable quality.
