The facility is stunning, organized, and very inviting. It's easy to feel at home and welcomed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. Although it was a bit of a trek for me, it was definitely worth it. The equipment is top-of-the-line and very advanced. I appreciated the quick tour as a first-time guest. I was thoroughly impressed. The physician and nurse are highly knowledgeable and addressed all my queries and worries. Their encouragement left me feeling confident. Excited to see the results soon. Thank you!
Ever since my consultation on January 7, 2023, I've been patient and understanding despite my concerns. Right from the start, I mentioned to the injector about my previous bad reaction to Dysport. However, she disregarded my warnings, claiming she was a superior injector. I reached out to her on January 12 after the injection, but she didn't respond to my text regarding my worries. I came back for my initial microneedling session with hopes of dissolving the Dysport and having a better experience with microneedling. Unfortunately, she provided incorrect information, stating that Hylenex (Hyaluronidase) wasn't FDA approved and that I couldn't dissolve the Dysport. During the microneedling session, none of the three individuals in the room wore masks. The injector kept coming in and out of the room, dancing and playing loud music to celebrate her sorority founder's day. The focus of the practice isn't on the client. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and do not wish to continue with GYBBWC. I never signed any documents, and a signed refund policy was never presented. The only details I received about the services were through a text message after I asked for a receipt. I never received an invoice. On February 11, 2023, when I called about my scheduled appointment for that day, I discovered it had been canceled. I have decided not to return to GYBBWC for my well-being. I've been in touch with the Maryland State Consumer Protection Division and plan to file a complaint if the remaining balance isn't refunded promptly.
