Once again, Mina delivered exceptional service during my recent nail appointment. The results perfectly matched the inspiration picture I provided.
Extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit. I had a French gel manicure that took an excessive amount of time, nearly two hours. Despite showing a reference picture, the technicians struggled to match the color correctly. After applying four coats, they finally achieved the desired shade. However, just a week later, the manicure started peeling and chipping, resembling the work of a child. When I addressed the issue, they refused to rectify it, claiming it was past the 7-day mark. I visited on Sunday the 14th and attempted to return the following Sunday at 5:30, only to find the salon closed. The lack of customer service was appalling, as the owner remained seated and unresponsive. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I have been a loyal customer of Sunshine Nails for nearly a decade. The skilled and friendly staff always provide exceptional service in a bright and immaculate salon. I opted for a basic pedicure, but it felt as luxurious as their top-tier service. Overall, a very pleasant and welcoming experience.
