I will start by saying that I began going to a new nail salon about 6 months ago because I was dissatisfied with NT. I needed to stop in today for a basic manicure and removal of gel polish. That being said, I was there for a total of 20 minutes and was charged $40 + tip for the worst manicure I've ever received. I fully understand they will charge to remove the gel polish and I anticipated that. But a manicure that leaves my nails rough and bumpy with only a base coat applied is unacceptable. I wanted clear polish and informed the manicurist of that. When she applied the base coat and then stated I was done, I inquired if there should be another coat...she rudely stated "one coat is enough". This was after I had given her a very generous tip, expecting that she would be providing the same service as a standard manicure. I will never return to this place and am pleased that I discovered a much more pleasant salon (House of Nails, Windham) where they treat you with respect.
Absolutely fantastic experience today, we contacted at the last minute and they graciously rearranged to assist with three appointments midday. They were so kind, especially to my 6 year old son. The quality was outstanding, we all walked out feeling so wonderful. Pricing is very fair and our nails were flawless. 10/10 would recommend! We will be back!
They are quite rude. I frequented there for a while because they always executed the styles I presented to them. Then when I phoned to schedule an appointment, they provided me with some excuse and mentioned they would call me back. This went on for 2 weeks. Then when I FINALLY got my nail tech on the phone, I didn’t get a word out before she stated she didn’t have time to accommodate me. She had no idea when I was seeking an appointment or what I was looking for so needless to say, I will never be returning here again. Unfortunate because the nails they do are fine, you would think they would want to retain their client base🤷🏽♀️
