In general, it's a nice spot. However, the parking situation is dreadful and during our last visit, the side entrance was locked. When I phoned as we were leaving, they claimed they were there and asked us to return, but the parking lot was packed. I returned today, but the lady repeatedly swiped my debit card saying it didn't work. I tried other cards, but faced the same issue. It's worth noting that I had just used my debit card to purchase a drink from the cafe next door. I usually bring at least two companions, but after today's experience, I won't be returning. AVOID THIS PLACE. As a member, I frequent this spot for a blowout every week. However, my recent visit on Thursday was a disaster. The stylist did a terrible job - my extensions were not properly styled, and my hair ended up matted due to excessive product use. The manager, Julie, has been unresponsive to my concerns, and the receptionist, Mia, was incredibly unprofessional. I had to spend $40 on Uber rides to and from this Drybar in Miami, only to receive subpar service.
