AVOID THIS PLACE. As a member, I frequent this spot for a blowout every week. However, my recent visit on Thursday was a disaster. The stylist did a terrible job - my extensions were not properly styled, and my hair ended up matted due to excessive product use. The manager, Julie, has been unresponsive to my concerns, and the receptionist, Mia, was incredibly unprofessional. I had to spend $40 on Uber rides to and from this Drybar in Miami, only to receive subpar service. The stylist lacked skills, customer service was abysmal, and it felt like a complete rip-off.
My friend and I visited this place before her surprise engagement, but our experience was far from pleasant. We were ignored upon entering, faced with unfriendly stares, and had to wait nearly 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us.
