Service: color all over and trim
So I visited one salon,... they completely cut my hair. My hair reached my lower back and after requesting a trim and touch up on my layers, I ended up with basically a mullet. Then I discovered Kennedy, she had availability on such short notice. She conducted my consultation, listened to all my needs and concerns, and just excelled from there. She was professional, empathetic, kind, and understanding, I wasn't just money to her, I was an individual with a problem and hair that needed correction. Kennedy, you go girl, you are outstanding and definitely my preferred choice as long as you'll have me haha.
