I scheduled a 90-minute massage appointment and both the therapist, Emily, and I confirmed the duration at the start. I had mentioned to Emily that it had been challenging to find an available slot on short notice, so I appreciated her fitting me in on a Saturday. The session seemed to be going well, and Emily was friendly, but unexpectedly she ended the massage after about 70 minutes, asked me to get dressed, and meet her outside. I inquired about the pricing for a 70-minute session, but she only charged me for a 60-minute massage. While this could be seen as a positive - getting extra time for free - it was puzzling why it was cut short from the agreed 90 minutes. A bit of a strange experience. The massage itself was good, though I've had better and worse in the past.
I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a program that allows me to bring my clients to Inner Wisdom Wellness in the United States. My clients and I love visiting monthly. The team is exceptional and goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and relaxation throughout your visit. Recently, I had a facial from Lanette (I hope I pronounced her name correctly) and she was absolutely fantastic. The facial included a mini massage and the use of hot towels that elevated the experience to a whole new level of tranquility and serenity. A big thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and for exceeding our expectations in every way.
Our overall experience at Inner Wisdom Wellness in the United States was excellent. The communication via text from the office was consistently prompt. We encountered a scheduling hiccup due to being in Logan, resulting in delayed text messages. Despite this, the therapists and the company were very accommodating, making efforts to make up for the lost time and provide us with as much time as possible, regardless of the scheduling issue. I highly recommend the in-cabin massage for any couples planning a trip to Hocking Hills.
