I scheduled a 90-minute massage appointment and both the therapist, Emily, and I confirmed the duration at the start. I had mentioned to Emily that it had been challenging to find an available slot on short notice, so I appreciated her fitting me in on a Saturday. The session seemed to be going well, and Emily was friendly, but unexpectedly she ended the massage after about 70 minutes, asked me to get dressed, and meet her outside. I inquired about the pricing for a 70-minute session, but she only charged me for a 60-minute massage. While this could be seen as a positive - getting extra time for free - it was puzzling why it was cut short from the agreed 90 minutes. A bit of a strange experience. The massage itself was good, though I've had better and worse in the past.About
