My husband had a terrible experience at this salon. He went in to correct an uneven haircut from another place, but Taylor ended up making it still uneven. On top of that, they charged him for a long hair cut service even though he has short hair. He has tried multiple times to contact them via phone, voicemail, and text, but no one has responded. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We will definitely not be coming back.
I went in with pitch black hair and Jordan took on my project! I went to a reddish brown and now this time around added highlights. I absolutely love my hair and the time she took accomplishing it! She was thorough and went into detail about what was possible with my hair color. I loved that my hair is still healthy after the whole process. I highly recommend everyone to book with her. Plus she’s super sweet, I’ll for sure keep going to her for all my hair needs.
My Son recently got highlights in his hair with Mr. James, and he loved it. James took his time adding the highlights, he was polite and kind. We had great conversations while my son was getting his hair colored. My son and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
