I visited this establishment yesterday for a pedicure and informed the attendant that the water was too hot. The temperature was so high that when I attempted to remove my feet, I accidentally left them in the scalding water, resulting in a burn. I have no intention of returning to this place as they do not prioritize customer satisfaction.

I was displeased with the standard procedure here, which involves using a drill file to remove gel nails instead of soaking them as recommended by the manufacturer. When I questioned the technician about this, she dismissed my concerns, claiming it was acceptable. As a result, my nails became thin and painful, causing me distress. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I was disappointed to discover that this method is detrimental to nail health. What upset me the most was the staff's reaction when I raised my concerns; they began conversing amongst themselves in a way that felt like an attempt to shame me. This experience has led me to decide never to return. It is regrettable because I have brought my entire family here over the years out of loyalty; once I find a place I like, I prefer to remain loyal. This incident is not the first time I have faced issues here; previously, I had cuticle edges bleed during pedicures due to the harsh tools used. Additionally, I observed a neglected area in the back corner of the room with two unclean chairs, which I pointed out, but upon my return, it remained untouched, indicating poor cleanliness and ventilation. Furthermore, they do not provide protective bags for feet, exposing customers to potential hygiene risks. We will miss Olivia, the exceptional technician who provided excellent service and treated us with kindness. However, the rest of the staff seemed disinterested and engaged in conversations about customers in a disrespectful manner. I became aware of this behavior when I accidentally left my phone on, allowing my friend, who understands their language, to overhear their discussions. It is essential to be cautious about what you say as you never know who may be listening. This behavior is simply rude. Nevertheless, I am indifferent to their attitude and am writing this review to caution individuals who prioritize nail health to consider other establishments with better hygiene practices. We are eager to find a new salon with cleaner standards as my nails recover from the damage caused here.

I had my nails done on Thursday, showing the technician the desired style, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. When I returned to have it fixed on Saturday, I was informed that I would need to pay again. The owner's poor customer service was evident as she compared the situation to dining at a restaurant, claiming that one cannot expect free service if dissatisfied. I disagreed, asserting that it is indeed possible to voice concerns at a restaurant and receive appropriate rectification without extra charges.
