My husband had a terrible experience at this salon. He went in to correct an uneven haircut from another place, but Taylor ended up making it still uneven. On top of that, they charged him for a long hair cut service even though he has short hair. He has tried multiple times to contact them via phone, voicemail, and text, but no one has responded. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I visited this establishment yesterday for a pedicure and informed the attendant that the water was too hot. The temperature was so high that when I attempted to remove my feet, I accidentally left them in the scalding water, resulting in a burn. The spray tan machine here is quite unreliable. One of the sprayers often malfunctions, causing issues with the base spray. This problem persisted throughout last summer and doesn't seem to have been resolved.
