Nail salons in Lockport

I detest having to write a review like this because I've visited multiple times before and had good experiences, but my most recent haircut was simply not up to par. I requested a very specific cut from the stylist (I prefer not to disclose names) and provided a photo reference. While the front was cut as requested, the back was completely off. Despite my repeated requests to see the back during the cut, the stylist never showed me with a mirror, so I only realized how bad it was once I got home and saw it for myself. While cutting, she mentioned wanting to do something slightly different to preserve more length, but the way she communicated made it seem like she had followed the photo reference to some extent, which she did not do at all. The way it's styled gives the impression that she shaved the back too high and then struggled to shape it as requested, resulting in a haphazard outcome. It's not flattering at all.

This was my inaugural visit, and Tony handled my nails with precision. They are flawlessly shaped and painted! This is undoubtedly the finest nail service I have ever experienced!

This establishment has really declined. I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure for yesterday and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I am a regular customer here and usually receive excellent service, but not this time. The salon was busy, despite my appointment, and they hurried through my service. I paid over $60 plus tip for nails that look like they were painted by a child. I was extremely disappointed as they ruined a special occasion for me. They over-filed my nails, leaving large gaps without polish. The application is uneven and full of bubbles. Even though I just had this done yesterday, the results look like they are a week old. I wish the pictures provided more detail because this is very sloppy. Additionally, my cuticles were hardly touched. The layers of polish are so thick... it looks awful. I have never had such a poorly done manicure before. I attempted to express my dissatisfaction, but the technician was in such a rush that she ignored me... I regret tipping both technicians.
