This establishment has really declined. I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure for yesterday and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I am a regular customer here and usually receive excellent service, but not this time. The salon was busy, despite my appointment, and they hurried through my service. I paid over $60 plus tip for nails that look like they were painted by a child. I was extremely disappointed as they ruined a special occasion for me. They over-filed my nails, leaving large gaps without polish. The application is uneven and full of bubbles. Even though I just had this done yesterday, the results look like they are a week old. I wish the pictures provided more detail because this is very sloppy. Additionally, my cuticles were hardly touched. The layers of polish are so thick... it looks awful. I have never had such a poorly done manicure before. I attempted to express my dissatisfaction, but the technician was in such a rush that she ignored me... I regret tipping both technicians.
I have been a client at Blossom for the past year and they never fail to impress!!!! Absolutely love it! <3
I am a regular at Lockport luxury nails, but visited this salon today and was more impressed with their work than my usual spot.
