Tranquility achieved! Yes, that's what you'll find at Tranquility Nails! The team is incredibly welcoming. The manager, Alex, always greets me by name and ensures a warm atmosphere. They adhere to Covid protocols efficiently!
I was apprehensive based on reviews and should have heeded the warnings. My nails look dreadful. The nail tip she applied was not properly secured, creating a gap underneath. The color application is messy and uneven. The top coat was haphazardly applied, ending up on my cuticles and missing edges. A total waste of money. I didn’t have the time to have them rectify it. I waited for 15 minutes before someone finally started my appointment. The service felt rushed and overall subpar. I have no intention of returning for a fix. If this is their standard of quality, I won’t allow them to touch my nails again.
I am dissatisfied with my pedicure experience today. My cousin and I visited together. She had a technician who took her time, provided a relaxing massage. On the other hand, I was attended by an older individual who rushed through my pedicure, used low-quality polish, and frankly, the result looks amateurish. I requested to exchange my $10 bill for ones as I didn’t want to give a $5 tip. Instead, she gave me $5 back and when I asked for ones again, she ignored me and questioned, “$5 each???” implying a $5 tip for her and another for the technician who worked on my cousin. The technician who worked on my cousin did a commendable job, but the older individual who attended to me did not. I left feeling disheartened and made it clear to my family and cousins that they should avoid going back there.
