Knova dream spa is absolutely amazing! From post op care, to waxing, Taylor is incredibly knowledgeable. They always prioritize their clients and customize a package that perfectly fits your needs. I recently underwent cosmetic surgery and am so grateful for Taylor being there every step of the way. I love going to them for my monthly waxing appointments to catch up, they truly are the best<3
I am a massage therapist who was in town looking to offer therapy to friends and family. Taylor's studio was the ideal place to rent for a couple of days! The location was fantastic - centrally situated in downtown Livermore making it convenient for me and my clients to access. Their professionalism was top-notch - Taylor was welcoming, communicative, and responsive to all my inquiries regarding studio rental and availability. The studio itself was clean and well-maintained. I will mention that the ceiling of the shared wall is not completely closed. So, if someone was in the adjacent spa space, you could hear them. It wasn't a problem for me or any of my clients and didn't occur most of the time I rented, but it might be something to consider for other traveling therapists. I highly recommend other traveling professionals to reach out to Taylor if you are thinking about renting a spa space! I will definitely keep Knova dream spa in mind for the future whenever I am in town for business again.
My surgery was at the beginning of April, and on the 6-hour flight home (a Sunday evening), I became extremely swollen due to the altitude. I messaged Ty and they arranged to see me the following day! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their massages relieved all the pressure and fluids I was retaining in my back. I have been consistently working with them and thanks to their expertise, I have been healing very quickly. This is my first surgery, and they respond to messages/calls very promptly, even during the weekends. I highly recommend Knova dream spa for any of your post-op needs.
