I adore my nails every time. Mimi is exceptional <3
So disheartened this morning. I brought my grandson in for a manicure for his birthday. We arrived early due to the bustling Saturday morning. We waited and waited. One individual was tending to a lady's nails upon our arrival at 8:40, and by 9:15, no other staff had arrived. Finally, they came in, and she escorted my grandson (7 yrs old) to the nail drying station and was simply going to apply nail polish. No hand massage, no filing, no nail cleaning. I can paint his nails myself, but I desired a special manicure. It was incredibly underwhelming. I will not return. They showed no care for doing it correctly. NEVER RETURN.
