I have visited Clouded Studio a few times now, and every experience has been exceptional. Esmi is meticulous and professional. Always punctual and provides an excellent massage. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.
My experience at Clouded Studio for a massage and facial was fantastic. Discovered the place on Groupon to give it a try since it's conveniently located near my home. The environment was clean and inviting, the therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. Booking online was a breeze. The pricing is reasonable even after the Groupon deal, and I'm excited to return for another session in the future.
Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, only to have it canceled today because I hadn't confirmed it yet? The policy should clearly state that unconfirmed appointments will be canceled. I was excited for the appointment, now I'm frustrated. The booking process was already challenging, and now they're unresponsive after canceling without any notification. I was aware of the no-show fee, what more confirmation is needed in such a scenario? Avoid pre-purchasing anything. Given the lack of response, I'm inclined to view this establishment as questionable.
