I had a fantastic time having my hair styled by Deshaun. They treated me to a soothing hair massage and were straightforward about the condition of my natural hair and the necessary steps to repair it. They were great at communication and made me feel at ease discussing the amount of hair I was comfortable with cutting (I have quite a bit of damage, so I plan to cut more as it grows out). I also loved the way they styled my hair despite its condition. Their salon suite is spotless and has a wonderful ambiance.
Deshaun was amazing! I absolutely adored what they did to my hair. I asked for a Silk Press and Cut, and I WILL definitely be returning to them! They gave me that much-needed confidence boost for my hair. The scalp massage was a delightful touch. They were extremely hospitable, engaging in pleasant conversations, providing me with valuable recommendations on products and treatments for my hair, and even offering me a donut 😆. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I will continue my hair journey with them!
I must have caught them at a bad moment. They didn’t even curl my hair. I didn’t want to hurt their feelings, but my hair was a mess. I'm not sure if they are experienced with natural hair, but I was very dissatisfied and never went back. Luckily, my hair grows quickly, and I found a better stylist. It has grown back a lot, and I will never return to them. Please explore other options if you have natural hair before choosing them. They didn’t know how to cut my hair, only flat ironed it without curling. Never again! They seem to only excel with lace fronts, apparently.
