Kayla worked wonders on my hair, and I will definitely return to her for future hair appointments. She paid great attention to detail, was kind, ensured my hair looked its best. She is undeniably talented and caring. I also appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere there. It was the best service I've experienced, and I adore the colors.
Kayla was fantastic. Incredibly friendly, professional, and brimming with knowledge and creative ideas. Kayla will now be my top choice for cuts and color. No more spending $300 to achieve the look I desire.
The ambiance was welcoming, yet in terms of service I cannot recommend. On my initial visit, they didn't rinse out all the bleach from my hair and skipped conditioning it. With my curly locks, conditioner is a must. Another stylist took over to blow dry my hair, and instead of taking me back to the sink for a proper rinse, I observed her in the mirror looking unsure and attempting to spritz some water and wipe it with a cloth to mask the incomplete rinse. When I pointed it out, she seemed surprised and confessed there was still bleach in my hair but still didn't redo the rinse. She even had to ask what product to use for curly hair because she was clueless. I left and washed my hair at home. On my next appointment to add the red color, she applied the wrong shade of red, didn't rinse out all the dye, hurried me out of the chair to attend to another client, and still wanted to record a video of my hair. The color faded after the second wash, and now I struggle to brush my hair without using multiple detangling products, and I'm losing hair every time I brush it. I will not be returning here. It was a complete waste of $200.
