My first visit to the salon, and I scheduled a haircut appointment with Sarah. I appreciate the salon's efficient and clean operation - it's cozy too. Sarah did a fantastic job with my medium-length haircut with layers! The pricing is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Vanessa was exceptional. Due to time constraints, I couldn't get the exact cut I wanted (my lack of knowledge on the needed requirements for the cut is solely on me, not her fault at all!), but I am genuinely pleased with the cut I received, which, frankly, might be what I actually NEEDED. My curly hair was very long, reaching my mid-back, and had become overwhelming for me to manage. Dealing with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which has been particularly challenging lately, I haven't been able to care for my hair as before. I initially asked for a very short cut that could be pulled back; however, I realized the desired cut couldn't be styled that way. Vanessa graciously gave me a longer length that allows me to pull it back, and she suggested I return if I still wanted it shorter. I probably won't go shorter; the length she gave me is perfect. It sits above my shoulders as desired, looks very chic, and can still be styled into a ponytail or bun. I am deeply grateful to Vanessa for handling all my queries and feedback with grace; she did a phenomenal job of being professional and truthful, and I am glad I trusted her expertise rather than insisting on my imagined style (which isn't feasible with my hair, haha). Innovations is the best salon I've ever visited; I've been a client for 12 years, and I can genuinely say I've never received a bad haircut. I've loved every single one. They know how to manage curls, and despite moving in 2019, I drive an hour away just to receive this wonderful, compassionate, and expert care for my curls. It's worth every penny, and I am eagerly anticipating my next visit.

I have had my hair cut by Sacha twice now and adore my haircuts both times. They were very attuned to MY needs. I had been sporting a Cancer Beanie for an extended period, initially due to hair loss which was later resolved, then out of habit. My daughter and I felt it was time to make a change and stop wearing the Beanie. They recommended Sacha, and Celeste had articulated my feelings, and Sacha was incredibly kind. In my previous life, I used to straighten my hair, but I stopped when diagnosed with Cancer. Along with hair loss, my hair reverted back to being curly, and I was clueless on how to manage it. Sacha straightened my hair without chemicals and taught me how to care for it on my own. I am absolutely loving it. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sacha to anyone in need of guidance on their hair. You will not regret reaching out.
