This week has been quite a challenge. Having to visit the ER three times with my children was very tough. The first visit we had was one of the scariest experiences I've ever witnessed. I had never seen retracted breathing before, and the staff acted swiftly and took excellent care of my 5-year-old son. The next morning, I was back with my 18-month-old with similar symptoms and had the same doctor who provided swift care for her. Then this morning, we had to make another trip for my son. The nurses are incredibly kind, and the care was prompt. I wish I could recall the name of the nurse who looked after my son both times because she went above and beyond to ensure he received the best care. Even after we left and he vomited in the parking lot, she brought out sick bags to help us get home. Amazing individuals who even comforted me as I cried for my babies. Exceptional medical care.
I wish I could rate ZERO stars. Completely useless establishment with half the employees being incompetent. They'll make sure to charge you over 2k for a 3-minute conversation with the doctor who disregarded all your concerns!
This room we were in felt a bit outdated and stuck in the past, but a 5-minute wait in the waiting area, 5 minutes in the office, and quick, friendly service cannot be beaten. It's hard to find a doctor, but I can't complain about the facility, staff, or the system in place.
