The service provided was outstanding, and the team was incredibly welcoming. Ann meticulously tended to my nails, displaying great care and ensuring a delightful experience. I am certainly looking forward to returning!
During my initial visit, the acrylics I received were not up to par. The proprietor graciously offered to have them redone upon my return. The second time around, a different nail technician attended to me. The set is indeed improved now. The nails are quite thick. The polish, however, was not exactly as I had requested; I had wanted a smooth glossy gold instead of the sparkly rose gold that was available. I had to repeatedly request adjustments as the nails were a bit uneven and not perfectly straight. Unfortunately, one of them is still slightly slanted, but it is passable. Although I wished the polish was thinner, she did a decent job. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I may opt for a different salon in the future as I felt there was a lack of meticulousness.
