Upon entering, a pleasant aroma fills the air, and the friendly hair stylists greet you warmly. I am always pleased with my haircut here. They enjoy engaging in conversation, but if you prefer a quiet experience, I'm sure they would respect that too. I highly recommend visiting this salon for your hair care needs. While it may not be the most affordable option, it is certainly the best choice given the lovely setting and skilled stylists.About

We opted for a donation trim, 7” is the least accepted by the establishment. Stated during the booking that it's our preference. Reiterated the same to the stylist prior to the cut. We entrusted the professional to deliver what we requested. Upon measuring the cut hair at home due to a feeling of discrepancy, it exceeded our request by more than double. My own was close to 16” while my daughter's was over 12”. There was minimal communication. Despite showing images of a very similar style to mine, the end result post-styling is far from what was desired.
Unable to secure an appointment with our regular stylist for over a month, we decided to give The Hair Gallery a try, boasting all 5-star ratings. However, our experience left much to be desired. Contemplated reaching out for a fix, but the damage is irreversible. Will not be returning. Not recommended!
