**I had a horrendous experience at this salon. The hair color did not come off my face, despite numerous attempts by Samantha. I was subjected to a 45-minute hair treatment without consent. Instead of a root touch-up, my entire hair was colored, and I was charged for it. To add insult to injury, a trim was included in the price without my approval. I am unsure why I was treated this way. I strongly advise against visiting this salon. I feel compelled to share these photos to prevent others from experiencing the same treatment. Legal action may be necessary as Samantha did not offer a single apology.**
