I had a splendid pedicure. My toenails and cuticles were in dire need of aid. They are in top shape now. 💜 very soothing leg and foot massage.
If I could give NO STARS, I would!!!! Initially before coming here I called to see if they had any availability for a PEDICURE, the individual says yes come on over. I asked how much for no chip - he tells me $35, cool. I head over and as soon as I arrive, he states oh I thought you meant for your hands and I was like no just my feet and he says it’s $45 for no chip pedicure, cool whatever. Then they’re instructing me to pick a color and I say I want French - oh that’s $55. Now I'm getting uncomfortable because initially I was told 1 price then by the time I'm there it’s $20 more. So I proceed to say never mind I’ll just do regular no chip color. They point to all the walls and say they have no chip for any color I pick…. Pick a color, have a seat, get my pedicure done (no massage which I thought was standard for a pedicure) and the lady doing my pedicure puts REGULAR POLISH on my toes when she knew she JUST took off no chip from my previous color. Polish is on my skin! My child could do a better job! If I would have chosen a darker color you would be able to see it better in the pictures. I was LIVID & did not want her to stop to start over with no chip polish I did not want to be in there any longer than needed. I should have just walked out and went somewhere else that ACTUALLY understood what I was asking for.
I wanted to LOVE this salon because it is so close to home but unfortunately that did not happen. Hands down the worst pedi I have ever had. Rushed, tech was on the phone with AirPods the whole time (I could get over that), no massage, and horrible polish job. It’s a hard pass for me.
