Alexia was EVERYTHING that others have mentioned in the reviews. She was warm, kind, and absolutely fantastic at her craft! Not to mention my brows are in the best shape they've been in nearly a year!! I used to frequent EWC for a while, then switched to threading, but now I am BACK! **I had a horrendous experience at this salon. The hair color did not come off my face, despite numerous attempts by Samantha. I was subjected to a 45-minute hair treatment without consent. Instead of a root touch-up, my entire hair was colored, and I was charged for it. To add insult to injury, a trim was included in the price without my approval. I am unsure why I was treated this way. I strongly advise against visiting this salon. I feel compelled to share these photos to prevent others from experiencing the same treatment.
