Absolutely enamored with this salon, it has become my go-to spot. Wendy, my nail technician, is simply fantastic. Her work is impeccable, and she is not only sweet but also a great conversationalist. The salon is impeccably clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
Initially hesitant, but pleasantly surprised by the service at this establishment. Wendy, the nail technician, is not only patient but also quite skilled in her artistry. Highly recommend her services, truly exceptional!
Strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Though I do not frequently get my nails done, I have a clear idea of what I want. Despite repeated requests for a specific transparent look and shape, the technician failed to deliver. Moreover, I was cut with the file during the process. The technician displayed reluctance in addressing crooked nails, and the final result was subpar. The service did not meet expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied and deceived. Improvements are necessary for all customers.
