If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose it! Just left the nail salon feeling extremely dissatisfied. The technician rushed through my nails while on the phone, yelling and gesturing during the entire process. My nails are uneven, the polish is applied poorly, and they are bumpy. When I pointed out the issues, she attempted to fix them by essentially filing off the polish and then demanded $35! Absolutely terrible! Avoid at all costs! And if you still decide to go, steer clear of the first technician on the left!
When you visit this place, it's best to wait for the male nail technician. I've been here previously and he does excellent work. Today, I came in because one nail fell off yesterday. I only needed one nail redone and the color changed, which cost $20 - not bad if the technician did a good job. Unfortunately, the gel color looks terrible and the ONE nail she worked on looks awful. After leaving, I was so disappointed that I went back to express my dissatisfaction. However, she acted like she had done a fantastic job? Very frustrating. I did pay for the service and even tipped her. I REGRET tipping her because honestly, she didn't deserve a single dollar. She's the technician seated in the first chair to the left. Next time, I'll wait for the male technician to do my nails or go elsewhere. Definitely not worth going to her unless you want your day ruined.
I always have my nails done by Sarah, the technician seated at the front left. I am absolutely delighted with my acrylic nails and will definitely continue coming back. The nails are perfectly shaped in the coffin style I prefer, even and smooth. I adore the salon's decor and cleanliness, especially during the current pandemic. The other staff members are all delightful, and the pedicures are incredibly relaxing with fantastic results on my toenails every time! I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking affordable prices and excellent customer service.
