I have had outstanding experience here with Riley and laser hair removal. They're always welcoming and professional. They also made me feel at ease throughout each session. I have had about 4 now with Elite Chicago Spa. What really impressed me was how they tailored a personalized package for me.
It was.. Quite interesting. Very polite and friendly but facial was mediocre at best. Not sure if Groupon customers get an abbreviated facial or what but... Just didn't hit the mark for me. Face massage was a very awkward minute of very soft rubbing. Face was super oily after. I'm used to more focused massages, quiet (personally I don't like conversing during), and going the full hour.
