Supervisor Dakota should not be permitted near children. Appalled that they would sanction an individual like this to represent their brand. My FIVE-year-old underwent a botched ear piercing at this establishment. Do not trust them with your children. Inexperienced, impolite, confrontational, lacking empathy. I have lodged a formal complaint with corporate HR and have engaged my legal team to pursue compensation for emotional and physical anguish. Dakota should not be in contact with children.
I must praise Dakota, the individual who pierced my daughter's ears. My 8-year-old struggles with severe anxiety and has been striving to fulfill her desire of getting her ears pierced for a considerable period. Dakota displayed exceptional patience and support! Although it took some time, my daughter left with her dream fulfilled, proclaiming, "I would award Ms. Dakota a myriad of stars if possible!" The earrings are flawlessly positioned!
