This time I went in for an eyebrow thread/tint/lamination and wow…I was blown away by the results. My eyebrows looked beautiful and full. She took her time on my eyebrows (a little under an hour) and the results show that. I’m giving 4 stars because they only lasted 2 weeks. She told me that if I was in water a lot, they wouldn’t last as long. I did go on vacation but only actually put my head in the water twice and both times the glue she used on my eyebrow came off immediately. She did warn me before but I was hoping to get way more than 2 weeks out considering what I paid. But that’s not her fault, I would definitely come back for this service again after giving them another try (if I wasn’t going to be in water). Thanks Rashi for providing a better experience for me this time around. I visited this establishment for 3 sessions and wish to share my experience. While they offer competitive pricing through Groupon packages and provide effective treatment results, I encountered several issues that affected my overall satisfaction. My appointment last Wednesday was canceled last minute due to a machine malfunction, which I understand was beyond their control. What I found disappointing was the lack of responsiveness in helping me reschedule that appointment. I received the cancellation notification via text message around 5 pm. Upon calling immediately to reschedule, no one answered my 3 calls. I left a voicemail but did not receive a callback. As far as I remember, they are open until 8 pm, so there could have been arrangements made. Over the weekend, I received a text message from the establishment offering to reschedule. I promptly replied with my availability, but received no response to my request. Finally, today, almost 1 week later, I called again. Initially, no one answered, but after leaving a voicemail, someone called me back to reschedule the appointment. However, I was informed that the next available slot is on 4/23, which would be 11 weeks after my last treatment. This whole experience has been frustrating. Therefore, I have decided to forfeit my remaining session and will not be returning to this establishment or company.
