June 25, 2024. This was the most disappointing pedicure experience I've had in four decades. I left the appointment with a bloody toe, a bandage, and unpainted nails. The technician didn't bother to introduce herself and had poor English skills. While my friend had a good technician, I ended up with the worst one. I had to file my rough toenails myself this morning since she neglected to do so. After some insistence, the owner reluctantly offered to make it right by providing the service for free, but it was not offered promptly.
My granddaughter and I visited Stellar Nails for a special birthday treat. She had eagerly awaited this experience to let her nails grow. She received a pedicure and a manicure with shellac. Unfortunately, the pedicure was subpar as her toe smudged in her shoes just two hours later due to the thick and old polish that never seemed to dry. The manicurist was rude and rough with her, filing off more nail growth than my granddaughter wanted. The thick and unattractive tips she applied left her hands looking messy. I regret not leaving before spending $100 on this disappointing service.
