June 25, 2024. This was the most disappointing pedicure experience I've had in four decades. I left the appointment with a bloody toe, a bandage, and unpainted nails. The technician didn't bother to introduce herself and had poor English skills. While my friend had a good technician, I ended up with the worst one. I had to file my rough toenails myself this morning since she neglected to do so. The most exceptional pedicure I've ever received. The massage was delightfully lengthy, and she applied just the right amount of pressure!
