I brought my child here for a perm and taper fade. Unfortunately, he ended up with a significant chemical burn on his cheek, the solution dripping down his face. When we pointed out the red mark to the stylist, she responded with "you weren't supposed to let it drip down your face," but it was flowing down like rain. She assured us the redness would fade, which it did, but it left a scab on his face.
What in the world happened to my partner? I never write reviews, but because 1. My partner can't leave reviews right now, and 2. There seems to be no way to rectify the mess that was made during today's haircut...
