My daughter really enjoyed her time at The Parlor. The wait wasn't lengthy at all, but we did have a scheduled time. Her haircut turned out fantastic. The shop is clean and professional with a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this barbershop.
Great haircut. However, I won't return due to the extended wait times. I had a 10:30 appointment and didn't get in the chair until 11:15. No apologies or explanations. Appointments seem more like a formality; anticipate a long wait unless you're one of the first customers of the day.
The haircut was okay, but the wait was quite long even with an appointment. I stopped coming here because sometimes I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour past my scheduled time to get my haircut. The barbers spend a significant amount of time chatting and goofing around.
