Tying the knot in a distant locale, relying solely on images, reviews, and referrals from others, without ever experiencing the service firsthand, was daunting. However, I must say that Susan will alleviate EVERY little fear and concern! Her communication before and during the process was exceptional! She attentively listened, comprehended everything, and then brought it to fruition. Despite a minor mishap that occurred in the morning, Susan exhibited flexibility and accommodation. Her amiable and down-to-earth demeanor made us feel at ease! She instilled in me a profound sense of confidence and beauty on my special day! The experience of working with Susan was a true highlight on my wedding day! Coming from out of the state, there was no time for a trial, yet I wouldn't alter a single aspect of my encounter and the result. She paid attention to my preferences and executed everything flawlessly. When I saw the final look, I was genuinely astonished at how great I looked! Despite having numerous skin imperfections, Susan managed to achieve long-lasting, flawless coverage without it appearing or feeling heavy or cakey. The hairstyling and makeup endured through MULTIPLE rain showers (with and without an umbrella!) and a very sweaty 20-minute walk through deep sand for our ceremony and photoshoot up north on Tunnels Beach, and still looked impeccable when we returned to the hotel that evening. Apart from her talent, she was also a delightful individual to converse with, particularly since we eloped without any friends or family - preparing with Susan felt like preparing with a friend. If I ever revisit Kauai and require glam services, Susan and Bridal Kauai will be my initial choice!
